Real results from real Google Ads accounts we manage. Every case study shows the actual leads, cost per lead and conversion rate, based on main conversion actions like phone calls and form submissions.
If you are thinking about hiring a Google Ads agency, you should see what that agency has actually done. This page collects our Google Ads case studies in one place. 1Case Study Results at a Glance
Here are the blended program numbers from our four most recent case studies. Every lead count is based on main conversion actions, meaning real phone calls and form submissions, and every figure covers the full account, not a single campaign. The industries are very different, so the cost per lead varies a lot, and that is exactly what you would expect.
| Case Study | Leads | Cost per Lead | Conversion Rate | Ad Spend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Law Firm (FL) | 252 | $422.73 | 22.00% | $106,485 |
| Tree Service (MI) | 1,932 | $43.72 | 13.18% | $84,438 |
| Landscaping (AZ) | 501 | $46.31 | 3.83% | $23,202 |
| Pool Remodeling (FL) | 275 | $80.27 | 3.81% | $22,115 |
A $422 lead for a personal injury firm and a $44 lead for a tree company can both be excellent results. What matters is the cost per lead compared to what a new client or customer is worth to that business.
2Law Firm Case Study: Florida Panhandle Accident Attorneys
A personal injury law firm in the Florida Panhandle turned 1,145 Google Ads clicks into 252 tracked phone calls and form submissions over three months. In a market where clicks averaged $93, every visitor counted.
Phone calls and form submissions in three months.
Up from 18% before the new landing pages.
Down 18.2% on the same budget.
Ads matched what accident victims searched.
- Custom landing pages: Every ad sent accident searches to a page built around one action, calling the firm.
- CallRail call tracking: Every call from Google Ads was tracked and sent back to Google Ads as a conversion.
- Lead form tracking: Form submissions were tracked as their own conversion so the firm saw its true cost per lead.

Want Us to Look at Your Account?
We manage Google Ads for law firms, home service companies, healthcare practices and more. We will look at your tracking, your structure and where your budget is going.
Request a Meeting6How We Measure Results
One of the biggest mistakes I see in agency case studies is inflated conversion numbers. Google Ads will count map direction clicks, page views and button taps as conversions if you let it. That makes the cost per lead look great and tells you nothing about how many real customers came in.
Every case study on this page follows the same rules, so you can trust the numbers and compare them to your own account.
- Main conversion actions only. Leads are phone calls and form submissions. Secondary actions like map clicks are tracked but not counted.
- No conversion values. We report leads and cost per lead, not estimated revenue that Google calculates for you.
- Real spend, real clicks. Every cost per lead is total ad spend divided by total primary leads.
- Client names kept private. We share the industry and location, not the business name, out of respect for our clients.
7What Every Case Study Has in Common
A law firm, a tree company, a landscaper and a pool remodeler have very different customers. The approach behind each account is still the same, and you can apply it to your business too.
- Conversion tracking comes first: Every account tracks real calls and real form submissions before we scale spend. Without clean data, Smart Bidding optimizes toward the wrong people.
- Each campaign has one job: Search captures high-intent searches. Local campaigns and landing pages each have a clear purpose, so you can see what each one produces.
- Budget follows cost per lead: The channel producing leads at the lowest cost gets the largest share of the spend.
- Results are judged against customer value: A good cost per lead is relative to what a new client or job is worth to your business.

In Summary
Our four most recent case studies cover a Florida law firm, a Michigan tree service company, a Phoenix landscaper and a Southwest Florida pool remodeling company. Every number is based on real phone calls and form submissions, not inflated secondary conversions.
The main takeaway is that the same fundamentals work across very different industries. Track real leads, give each campaign one job and put your budget where your cost per lead is lowest.
