3Contracts and Getting Started

Does Surfside PPC require a long-term contract?

No. All Surfside PPC management agreements are month-to-month, with no long-term contract.

How do I get started with Surfside PPC?

Fill out the form on our contact page and tell us about your business. We send you a link to book a call at a time that works for you, learn about your services and goals, and then give you a plan and a custom quote. Once you agree, we build and launch your campaigns and start optimizing.

Will Surfside PPC call or text me?

No. You reach out first through the contact form, and we reply with a link to schedule a call. We never call or text you out of the blue.

What happens in the first month?

The first month covers an audit of your account, a rebuild of your conversion tracking, and the campaign structure work. Month two is when campaigns typically go live or get restructured, because bidding only works once the tracking is right.

5Industries We Work With

What industries does Surfside PPC work with?

Surfside PPC works with medical and healthcare practices across 13 specialties, home service companies and contractors, law firms, ecommerce brands, B2B companies, and local businesses of every kind.

Does Surfside PPC work with medical and healthcare practices?

Yes. Healthcare is some of our best work, including dentists, dermatologists, orthopedists, plastic surgeons, therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, med spas, and more. We build around health ad policies and HIPAA-aware tracking. Read our guides to healthcare advertising and healthcare marketing.

Does Surfside PPC work with law firms?

Yes. We run Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and SEO for personal injury, criminal defense, DUI, and family law firms, with tight negative keyword lists and tracking that follows a lead to a signed case. Read our guides to PPC for lawyers, law firm SEO, and law firm marketing.

Does Surfside PPC work with home service companies?

Yes. We work with plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, tree services, and other contractors, using Local Services Ads, Google Search Ads, and call tracking. Read our guides to home service SEO and Google local advertising.

Does Surfside PPC work with other marketing agencies?

Yes. Through our white label program, we build and manage Google Ads campaigns under your agency's brand. You keep the client relationship and the reporting, and we handle the technical work behind the scenes, starting at $500 per month per account.

6Results and Reporting

How long does it take to see results?

With Google Ads, the first month goes to the audit, tracking, and structure, and campaigns typically go live or get restructured in month two, so you start seeing real lead data soon after. SEO takes longer, usually months rather than weeks, and depends on your market and competition.

Does Surfside PPC guarantee results?

No. No honest agency can guarantee a ranking or a set number of leads, because the auction and the algorithm are outside anyone's control. What we commit to is transparent management, accurate tracking, and month-to-month terms, so you can judge us on the results you actually see.

How does Surfside PPC measure success?

We measure success by leads, booked jobs, new patients, and signed cases, not clicks or impressions. That starts with conversion and call tracking set up correctly, then reporting on cost per lead and return on ad spend.

7Courses and Learning

Can I learn to run Google Ads myself?

Yes. Corey publishes free, step-by-step tutorials on the Surfside PPC YouTube channel and blog. If you want structured training, the Surfside PPC Marketing Academy includes every course for $49 per year.
