Refund Policy

Our refund terms for the Surfside PPC Google Ads course and annual membership.

Surfside PPC sells digital products, including online courses and an annual membership. Because these are delivered to you instantly and cannot be physically returned, this Refund Policy explains exactly when you qualify for a refund, how to request one, and how quickly you will receive it. This policy covers all purchases made on surfsideppc.com.

Our 30-Day Refund Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date as long as you have watched less than 25% of the course material for the product you bought. Both conditions must be met. This applies to general dissatisfaction as well, so if the product is not the right fit for you and you qualify under these terms, you are covered.

Refund Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund when both of the following are true:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have watched less than 25% of the course material for that product.

Requests that fall outside these conditions are covered in the "Non-Refundable Situations" section below.

How Refunds Are Issued

All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund. Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Digital Products and Returns

Every product sold on surfsideppc.com is a digital product. There is nothing to ship back, so no physical return is required. If your refund is approved, your access to the paid material for that product is removed at the time the refund is processed.

Membership Subscriptions and Cancellation

The Surfside PPC membership is billed as an annual subscription that renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at corey@surfsideppc.com or through your account settings.

The 30-day refund guarantee above applies to your first membership payment and to each renewal payment, under the same conditions. If you cancel after the 30-day window, your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew again. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once the 30-day window has passed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email corey@surfsideppc.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout.
  • The name of the product or membership you purchased.
  • Your order or receipt number, if you have it.

We review every request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date.
  • You have watched 25% or more of the course material for that product.
  • A membership renewal is more than 30 days old and you did not cancel before it renewed.
