Google launched Ask Ad Manager in beta in June 2026, a Gemini-powered AI agent built into Google Ad Manager that lets publishers query their own account data in plain language, troubleshoot line item issues, and generate custom reports without building them by hand. This is the publisher-side platform, not the advertiser-side Google Ads interface most campaign managers use day to day.

Local Services Ads for Home Listings

Google enhanced Local Services Ads for real estate by adding listing price, photos, bedroom and bathroom counts, and neighborhood information directly to mobile LSA results. Buyers can now call, message, book, or request a tour straight from the ad without clicking through to a website.

Ad Serving Limited for Unqualified Google Ads Advertisers

Google is limiting ad delivery for advertisers who have not completed identity verification, have outstanding policy issues, or have billing problems on their account. If your impressions dropped while your campaigns show as active, check the Policy Manager, finish any pending verification steps, and confirm your billing is in good standing.

Google Ads Extends DSA to AI Max Migration to February 2027

Google pushed back the automatic migration of Dynamic Search Ads to AI Max until February 2027, and new DSA creation remains open through January 2027. That gives you more time to audit your existing DSA campaigns, test AI Max on your own terms, and migrate in stages rather than getting forced into a transition you are not ready for.
